Bianconeri Skills for Girls

Bianconeri Skills aims to educate the players on skills they can learn to master at the trainings, at home on their own or with a friend. Soccer is a simple game, not an easy one. Individual players need to learn how to receive a soccer ball and control it, then to either pass the ball to someone else on their team, run with the ball, all the time remembering that the aim is to score a goal.

Program Starts Friday, September 15th

    • Small Group Training that replicates game scenarios, and utilizes a ball machine for 100s of reps on 1st touch, dribbling and striking, with ongoing instructor feedback
    • Ball Mastery and Moves – Focus on footwork, body stance, moves, and control with different surfaces of the foot to improve confidence on the ball and ability to beat opponents on the dribble
    • Receiving and Passing – Improve ability to receive the ball (rolling and air balls) and execute an accurate pass to be successful under pressure
    • Striking – Perfect technique, power, placement
    • Video Analysis – 2 of the sessions will include video analysis of receiving and striking where player’s technique will be broken down for them during the session for immediate feedback
