Eric has been coaching for over 30 years.
His first coaching job was when he was in High School and was asked to coach the middle school team. He’s been coaching ever since. He was a 3 year Varsity starter on his high school team, received an invitation to the 1985 San Jose Earthquakes but decided to pursue his degree in Finance and walked on at San Diego State for the Freshman soccer team.
He has a National D license and a CYSA Goal Keeper license and is also a certified referee. He has spent the past 8 years coaching in the Juventus Soccer Club in Redwood City. He also holds national licenses for baseball and softball.
His focus is on the development of the players, both on the field and off the field. He has served on the AYSO board and then the Juventus Board of Directors.

Boys Juventus Alliance – from an AY team to gold in 4 years
Girls Juventus Forte White – from Copper to Gold in 2 years
Girls Juventus Forte Blue – from Copper to Silver in 1 year
